Welcome to the Counseling and Psychotherapy practice of Alicia Kruger, LPC.  As a therapist, my primary focus is to provide a warm and supportive, yet professional therapeutic environment where my clients are free to explore thoughts and feelings and begin the process of emotional healing through developing new ways to approach old, new or ongoing challenges.

In my practice, I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for the treatment of Anxiety and Depression, in children, teens and adults using evidence-based strategies that help clients to gain control of anxiety and depressive symptoms and the often far reaching effects they can have on self esteem, mood, social, emotional,relationships, academic, and occupational functioning.
